Although the church will not be open for regular worship, St Mary’s will be open every day for anyone who would like to find a space to pray, think or just be quiet (please continue to social distance).  Please feel free to add your prayers to the Prayer Board or use a Bible (they are on the table just inside the door).

The church community are aware that many will find this unprecedented period, with social isolation and uncertainty very difficult and have, therefore, set up a telephone tree to ensure that those who are alone or lonely can have regular telephone contact with someone. The Diocese of St Edmundsbury are live streaming services – Morning Prayer at 8.30am and Evening Prayer at 5.30pm.  You can view these services on Facebook – St Edmundsbury Cathedral Facebook or Bishop Martin and Bishop Mike Facebook.  We will keep you updated with information about how to access other services.
