Message from the Parish Council – Please complete the Housing Survey!

All households should have received a copy of a parish-wide Housing Survey. We ask that forms are returned by Friday 18th October.

Completed forms may be deposited at Coddenham Community Shop; there is a box by the till or they may be colour scanned and e-mailed to Maggie, clerk to the council at: clerk.coddenhampc@gmail.com.

In addition councillors will call on residents during the week leading up to the closing date to collect forms.

As a council we wish to reflect the interests of residents, so please let us have your views. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, aiming to garner an essential collective whole parish input with a small contribution from each of Coddenham’s households.

Responses to the survey are anonymous, but the coloured dot on the front of the form is important in analysing the survey’s results. As with previous surveys back to 1995, the parish has been split into six areas, each of which is identified with a separate coloured dot(s). Returns are considered in respect of coverage – do we have results from each area – and in terms of differences in responses from one area to another.

In previous surveys, areas of the parish have had different priorities and it’s important to councillors that all are given equal weight.
