Although the shop has been closed for two weeks we have been very aware that this could cause difficulties at this time for some of our customers.  Fortunately we were able to link with the Waitrose Community Fund via the Ipswich branch.  They very kindly donated 12 care packages containing essentials which were delivered to a number of older members of our community who had been relying on the Community Shop during recent weeks.  We are very grateful to Gemma and her colleagues at Waitrose Ipswich for thier kind donations.

Luckily the shop reopens for orders, collections and deliveries tomorrow, Monday 20th April and we look forward to serving the community once again.
